By "hassle free" we mean that if the part is defective, we're not going to ask you a thousand questions and make you fill out a form to get the part returned. If it's defective, we take it back, and replace it with a working unit (or refund your money if no replacement is available for any reason). That's it. We'll even cover the cost of shipping back the defective unit -- something other companies just won't do.

The warranty extends TWO YEARS (730 days) from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers factory defects and errors in worksmanship and materials.
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, other faulty parts, or improper installation is NOT covered by this warranty.
The warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferrable.
We accept no liability for damage beyond the original purchase price of the part.
Defective parts will be exchanged only for the duration of the original warranty period.

Warranty Shipping

When exchanging a defective part, please call us at 1-800-272-8755 to obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization) first. We will take your information and mail a return shipping label to you. Box up the defective part, and once the label arrives, afix the label to the top of the box. Ship the package to us (either take it to a UPS store or call 1-800-PICK-UPS to schedule a pickup with UPS). Once we have received the defective part, we will ship a replacement unit to you within one business day.

Return Policy

Any item can be returned within 30 business days of receipt, as long as the item(s) has never been installed and is returned in the original box. Such returns must be shipped back to Crank-n-Charge at the buyer's expense (except in the case of defective units covered by the warranty).
